Designed as a simple introduction to yoga, this series will provide the beginner, as well as the seasoned practitioner, a more detailed understanding of the architecture of basic yoga poses, breath and yoga philosophy..
Students will acquire a foundation that will equip them to start sampling other classes with ease and confidence. Developing a personal practice for your home, office, or perhaps the beach, will be easily accessible with the tools and structure provided in this essential workshop.
