Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release by using a specific three step pranayama technique. It helps connect you to your body, release stuck energy and open our heart. This beautiful practice can help deepen your self-knowledge and provide clarity. Great for reducing anxiety and stress, this practice is simple but profound. It is a self-healing practice that has transformed my life and is an efficient and effective way to emotionally detox.
Trish is one of the original founders of the Goddess Gatherings in Annapolis, MD. She began her spiritual journey more than two years ago through daily mediation and journaling.
Trish believes that healing oneself will bring healing to the world. She has found tremendous healing through breathwork and is committed to sharing this healing modality with others.
She completed Level One Breathwork Healer Training with Erin Telford (www.erintelford.com) last summer and recently completed Level Two through Four training with the founder of this work, David Elliott (www.davidelliott.com).
She has been working with individuals both one on one and in virtual sessions since her training with Erin Telford and is now prepared to expand her practice to groups in breathwork circles. She is also in the process of completing an Intuitionship Program and is pursuing her Reiki certification.
