Explore how breath and movement can shift your experience of anxiety. Anxiety effects us in a multitude of ways and has an amazing ability to steal our sense of calm, peace and happiness. In this workshop we will discuss the difference between anxious feelings and an anxiety disorder, various ways anxiety is experienced by different people, ways trauma can trigger anxiety and the neurology that can reinforce it. More importantly, you will learn powerful, research based movement and breath techniques that when practiced consistently allow you to manage, reduce and possibly eliminate your experience and expression of anxiety.
