Tight hips are often blamed on inflexibility of the muscles that create mobility in the hip/pelvis area. Often the culprit is lack of strength and imbalanced use of our hip muscles.
In this workshop, we will first strengthen and then stretch all 4 muscle groups that act upon our hip joints for increased long term mobility. Energetically, the hips are associated with fluidity and creativity. As we strengthen and open the hips, we'll tap into our most creative aspects of body and mind.
