Learn how to balance the strength and flexibility in the muscles of the back. This lecture and movement based workshop will both educate on the skeletal muscular structure of the back, how to strengthen and choose healthy movement and why, how poor movement weekends the back and finally provide practical excercises to help you build and maintain lower back health through out your life.
