This 4 class series will deepen anyone's practice and is a wonderful introduction into mindful practices like breathing, meditating and yoga.
For those looking to relax and rejuvenate before the busy workweek you will experience a gentle and mindful yoga class infused with different breathing techniques, guided meditations, gratitude and even a yoga nidra class! All are welcome to join this all level mindful yoga class.
This series is based off of Mindful Yoga Therapy, a clinically tested and empirically informed yoga program, that was originally created to help Veteran's deal with PTSD and amputees returning home from serving our country. This program expanded to include everyone and anyone who suffers from a variety of mental disabilities including trauma, abuse, addiction, depression and more.

Members pay a monthly renewing fee for unlimited pole or yoga classes. If you don't know if you're a member - you are most likely not. But if you have questions - please review the link below or contact Cindy.
