Enjoy learning to dance using the chair as a prop. We will also learn to balance on our chair to create beautiful poses and shapes.
The class will begin with stretches and a warm-up. There will also be some light strength training exercises
You will enjoy this workout and the confidence it brings! No dance experience is required. All levels welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows the body to move. Form fitting clothes like leggings work great!
