Come learn how to use the pole to do headstand and headstands. Headstand and Handstands are a lot of fun! They are a great way to build core strength and everyone can do them! You'll have a lot of fun going upside down and you'll be amazed at what you will be able to do. We will also do doubles handstand as well so come with a friend! No pole experience needed and no prior headstand and handstand experience required.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you would like. Studio yoga mats will be available to use as well.
