Props are the easiest way we, as yoga practitioners, can support our bodies in different poses as well as even assist and deepen our yoga practice. Oddly enough no one uses props and are even intimidated by them!
Sean will lead you through a 2-hour workshop where we will utilize yoga blocks, straps, blankets, and more in EVERY SINGLE POSE!
You will discover and feel how practicing with props can create more space, ease, and peace in the body and mind. This workshop is geared toward experienced students who are curious about different ways to explore their practice and also to those new to yoga who don’t know how to use them.
